There are many options to choose from to brand clothing.
Embroidery
Is the art of placing a design onto fabric with the use of thread, stitches controlled by an embroidery machine from designs produced by our in house digitisers. We carefully and accurately put your design in the right place, making sure it's the right size and with the detail and care your garment deserves.
DTF Branding
Full color prints applied to most fabrics. Rich colours and long lasting designs, perfect for logos and complex designs.
UVDTF
Mainly used for hard surfaces like structured caps, hard hats, these prints are not as durable as DTF or Embroidery, so they should be placed onto surfaced that see little friction through wear. The crown of caps is a great place for these as they can be built up to show an embossed look and texture.
Patches
Embroidered of PVC patches sewn onto garments, neat and long lasting. These options are generally by special order, so if you don't see these on the product page, please reach out to us to find out if these are an option.
Screen Printing
For orders of 30 or more units we offer screen printing as a branding option. Very cost effective for large orders and especially suited for single color branding. We can offer up to 4 color screen printing, though these becomes cost effective for 100+ units due to setup costs of the screens needed.
Sublimation Printing
Full cover branding perfect for all polyester based items you can easily create and brand custom items such as full print hats, full print sportswear and many other options such as custom buffs and lanyards. Sublimation printing is limited to larger quantities that start at around 50 units for custom designed items. The entire item is printed, cut and sewn to create a seamless high quality peace of clothing.
