Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs. Once approved, the proof serves as the definitive guide for production.

Production Tolerances: Due to the nature of our production processes, the following are considered acceptable tolerances and do not constitute defective workmanship:

  • Color Variation: We strive for color accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact match to Pantone references, digital proofs, or supplied samples. Variations of up to 10% in hue, saturation, or brightness are considered acceptable due to differences in material absorbency, thread dye lots, and lighting conditions.
  • Placement Variation: The placement of designs (e.g., on left chest, back, or sleeve) may vary by up to 5mm (1/4 inch) from the position specified in the approved proof. This accounts for the manual handling of garments during the setup and production process.

Claims for defects must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt and must provide clear photographic evidence demonstrating a variance beyond these stated tolerances.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

  • Before production: Full refund of deposit less cost of order-specific supplies we may have ordered.
  • During production: Deposit forfeited, additional costs may apply based on items completed, cost of materials ordered specific to your order that we do not use in the normal course of our business.
